Cala Bianca

Type of dives: orlata

Dive of level: difficult

Time: 40/45min

Deph: min 30mt/max 45mt

Visibily: very good

Current: strong

We are at the border of the marine reserve’s zone A where currents are strong but as soon as we go over the ledge and begin to descend we are sheltered.

The first part of the dive takes place between 20 and 30 metres next to a wall full of paraumicea clavata gorgonians where it is easy to find crayfish, rockfish and some groupers which live in open water.

Descending a little more we find an inlet where on a sandy bottom at around 36 metres there is a cave from which two huge branches of gerardia savaglia protrude. A little further on we can find two more smaller branches. Here there is undoubtedly no lack of fish shoals and stunning backdrops.
